I took my 2008 Lexus GS350 in to have the touch screen replaced. I tried calling lots of other places, but they didn't do that work. They told me they could do it, but it took a long time - I got the car there about 10 am and I waited till about 3 pm and then it was finished. Patrick wasn't sure the part I brought would fit, because the connection looked a little different, but it fit fine and he got it done. It was a significant labor cost but was worth it. The people were friendly and my time of waiting was filled with good reading and pleasant conversation with people there. They do all kinds of auto work and they work very hard to maintain their good reputation. I was very glad I went there and I recommend it. I trust them.

Thank you so much to Alamo Auto Sound and Security! Everyone there is so kind and positive. William is such a great guy to work with, and I’m so thankful I found the right shop for my interlock. They took the time to explain the process and always reassured me that if you follow all protocols, you’ll be back on the road again without this device. If you need help with your interlock service, William is your guy! I’m making better choices moving forward and feeling truly blessed to have met them. — Rose
